Design is the design tool — and the from-scratch entry point for designers. An empty Design is a blank infinite canvas.

Lay out screens by hand before any AI touches them. You get full direct manipulation: draw frames, place text and imagery, set spacing, build components, set your visual direction as tokens. It's a real editor, not a preview.

Agents can work here too — select a frame and delegate ("build the catalog and cart screens in this style"), and generated frames inherit your tokens and layout language while you keep editing in parallel.

Bridges to Build

Contextual links connect the two modes: select a frame in Build to Open in Design; from Design, send work back. These land with the Build canvas.
