Command center and notifications

One project-wide orientation

Command center stays visible in the project header across Build, Design, Project Map, Whiteboard, and task views. It combines running work, failed or blocked tasks, Needs review decisions, mission health, incoming requests, required setup, and external workspace changes without becoming another planning surface.

Attention ordering

Failures and blockers lead; review work follows; healthy running work and upcoming mission targets remain visible without displacing an urgent decision. Counts are deduplicated so one task cannot appear as several unrelated alerts. Selecting a mission opens the shared Board already filtered to that mission.

Returning to a project

The since you left digest summarizes task transitions, round outcomes, saved Chats, receipts, and project activity since the user's last visit. Historical required actions can be recovered into linked setup tasks when older engine output contains person-owned work that predates the current task contract.

Notifications

In-app notifications cover Needs review, failed runs, failed Gates, comments, cleared parallel-work territory, durable needs-input questions, and required actions. A notification returns to the exact task, round, comment, or setup action instead of opening a generic inbox.
