Project roles

Project access is for signed-in collaborators who need the full project. Owners and admins manage invitations and roles from Project settings → Manage project access. Editors can work within their project and entitlement; viewers remain read-only. Project membership never grants authority over another member's machine.

Share for review

Share for review creates a public link for exactly one saved artifact, Design target, or Whiteboard target. Choose View only or Can comment. The review opens in a dedicated web shell with only that target—no project sidebar, tasks, Chats, Context, Assets inventory, agents, tools, or settings.

Open a saved artifact from Assets, or open Design or Whiteboard, then use More → Share for review. Build home and tasks without a shareable output do not create broad project links. Public review comments stay bound to that exact link and target.

Machine authority

Remote execution is same-user only. Neither project access nor a review link lets another person drive your host, use your Build-engine subscription, read your working tree, or access your git credentials. Shared-host grants and collaborator-controlled machines are deferred security work.
